I recently visited the DMV and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with Tristan. He seemed to be falling asleep during our interaction, which made the whole process feel incredibly awkward. Additionally, he was quite rude and didn’t engage in any meaningful conversation, making it hard to get the assistance I needed. I hope the management addresses this issue for future customers.

I have never been to a tax collector office as efficient and friendly as the Dade City one. In and out less than 13 minutes!! Charles waited on us and talk about service with a smile !! He was amazing ..a trip we were dreading ( took my book ) turned into a positive experience ❤️
