I needed a new air-conditioning system/furnace. Contacted Paschal on Facebook messenger. After setting up a time and date. They asked to pull a soft credit report prior to looking at new house. They said a soft pull would not effect my credit report. I told them I was going to pay cash. I called to talk to a manager. I was greeted by and AI operator who would not transfer me to a human representative. For all I know this could have been a scam.

My mother was sent home from the hospital on Tuesday last week so she could live out the last days of her life. I called Pascal on Tuesday because she desperately needed a new toilet installation. They SAID they couldn't come until Wednesday and that it would be between 7 an and noon. They told me to get the toilet and they'd call Wednesday morning when they were on the way. Had paschal diagnosis system malfunction git it right but estimate to repair $700 over what I got it fixed for lol
