After responding to a self inflicted leak, I told the plumber the entire house plumbing was bad and needed to be replaced. Thinking it would be at least a 2 or 3 day job, he said he could get it done in one. This morning the team showed up, 3 guys and to my amazement the job was done tonight. In the process of buying a home, the inspector flagged a wet/moldy floor joist with a pipe running alongside it in the crawl space and said there is likely a leak that caused the rotting. Sellers called Paschal's to come look at it and they were willing to pay for the repairs. Plumber said there is no leak, everything is good to go, its just condensation.
