The customer service here was the absolute worse. I've had better service at McDonald's being served cold fries. The older black lady is absolutely miserable every time I come in there. She never smiles and is always rude. She told me to wait as she answered her cellphone!!! I asked for a manager because the price was wrong on the big bottle of Soco, and a guy with a bunch of tattoos told me he can't change the price, even though the sign was on the display for another price. The manager was a complete douchebag who wouldn't even EXCHANGE, not return, but EXCHANGE a bottle of maple crown for a bottle of regular crown. No we did not have a receipt as this was a Christmas gift & the box was not even opened. Total & complete douche. Will make sure we never get anything from here.
