Stayed here for 2 years in a 1BR unit. It's directly beside bus stops that take you downtown SP or the blue line to Minneapolis and near good schools and walking distance from a grocery. It's nestled between the twin cities so you're never far from either, without the usual shady sketchy vibe of a lot of the near-city areas. The heating is spectacular, almost excessive, but if you hate winter or aren't used to the cold yet, this place will make you forget that it's winter outside.
