My experience here was incredible. The therapist I saw was outstanding and really had me work through ups & downs in my life in an easy and empowering way. I LOVE it here!! I 100% recommend going for ANYTHING you need to work through!!!
Extensive waiting time to see a clinician, but if you have 2 appointments and don't pay you can't have your 3rd appointment. Keeping people who have been referred by a member of their own clinical staff waiting for follow up visits in the field of mental health is a huge problem. Plan on filing a complaint with the state and looking elsewhere for their services. Will also be notifying the facility that referred us to them of their issues with providing care.
