Results from this place can’t be trusted! I received TWO false negatives from this place. Seems like they are running a scam.
Site opened 20 min late. Charged a "processing fee" of $125 which was not written or mentioned anywhere on top of what they charge insurance. Mistakes on the result paper with incorrect identifying info. Not sure if the results I got are even mine. Will have to retest elsewhere.
They opened a little late but that was ok. Be aware that there is a charge for processing. It depends on your insurance. I was charged $125 (Horizon BC/BS). They said I may get reimbursed. I took the test anyway but it would have been good to know that.
Center is closed
Poor automated system. You get to a huge parking lot and don't know what to do or where to go. No drive through. There's a couple designated parking spots for people getting tested, marked by a tiny 1x2 sign that will be hidden by a parked car. Poor system. Not to mention the 125 dollar fee that is only mentioned to you when you arrive, nowhere to be seen on the website or automated messages. Pardon my French, but sketchy as f.
