RecommendedWe love this neighborhood beautifully well maintained and very friendly neighbors. The Club House and work out room is nicely done. The pool and outside bar is a great place to mingle with old friends and make new friends. The Boat Club is s great club with with lots of boating adventures and 3rd Friday’s around the pool is a great way to catch up with other boaters and talk about new boating plans and what everyone is up to. I rate this a 5 Star ⭐️ community.

PYCC Cruising Fleet is Very Fun Group to join even if you don’t have a boat with 3rd Friday get togethers, pool side, meeting up with great new friends, appetizers and music. In addition there are planned annual boating destinations with those who are driving without boats, have wonderful hotel destinations, nightly docktails and dinner reservations. The Best Group🎉🎉🎉.
