I’ve had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Arbor Ranch Apartments and The REMM Group regarding an issue that began in July 2024. This ordeal has caused significant financial loss, mental stress, and complete disregard for tenant concerns from management, both under the previous manager, Batul H., and the current manager, Favi Ramirez. Living here is a pleasant experience. I believe this property is pretty well maintained compared to other ones I’ve seen and also more greenery. That’s a plus honestly. The units are remodeled so it feels more reasonable with the rental rates. Batul is communicative and does her best to get things done.
