Such a frustrating application process. I applied for an apartment here that they confirmed would be available for my desired move-in date at the end of August. After applying, I received no follow up about whether my application was approved or declined until I finally called them on August 6th. They claimed they had called me, but I have no record of it, and they never bothered to send an email.
