I’ve been attending lifeskills for almost two months. I have To say in Orlando this is one of the best facilities I’ve attended. The staff here is great and attentive, I thank George and Melissa for their positive attitude and personality. They’ve helped with the time I’ve spent here. For anyone who’s looking for a facility to help them, I recommend lifeskills, they truly care.
I called for services and they hung up on me after being "transfer" to the right place Thanks for noting.
The care I received here was lackluster at best and, at times, downright negligent. It was painfully obvious that many of the techs had little to no training and were simply there to collect a paycheck, not to help anyone heal. Curtis and Brooke were the only staff members who showed genuine care, everyone else felt robotic, detached, and uninterested. I had a wonderful time at the Life Skill Orlando, everyone was helpful and supportive and push you to be the best. It was a good environment to get focus on yourself and get better.
