As always Edwin and his wonderful crew are diligent and caring, putting their patients far and above what they are expected to. Mine is a difficult case to say the least but they are so positive and resourceful and I have no doubt that they will persevere until the 'mission is accomplished'. I was overall very pleased with my experience! When I called the office to make the appointment Edwin was helpful in informing me what I needed to do to have my insurance changed to be covered by P.F.C.I.D. and I was able to do so without a hitch. Edwin was also very patient with me and helpful when I accidentally left my insurance card at home on my appointment date. I have always had teeth that move and chip easily. I have been getting dental work done all of my life. I switched to Pasadena Family about a year ago and since have had many visits. Going to the dentist is not everyone's favorite thing to do, but the staff at Pasadena Family makes it a great customer service experience. Everyone was very pleasant, attentive and thorough. I highly recommend them.
I am a new patient and have been welcomed and been treated as if I have been with them for years. Extremely professional, carrying and welcoming team. On time and new machines to make you see everything in such clear understanding what the problem areas are and what kind of work needs to be done. Highly recommend adults and kids to this welcoming team to take care of their dental matters. My kids and I love the service and would not change a thing.
They are by far, my favorite dentistry ever! The staff is great, so friendly and helpful with payment questions and coordinating office visits with my work schedule. Likewise, I really appreciate that they listen to my concerns about my teeth and work with me to find the smartest and most cost-effective treatment. The office itself is also very nice.
