I have had a excellent experience with my teeth situation. I really appreciate there helpfulness. The staff have given me the best care possible I believe.
This appointment was the first time I was not seen at the time of my appointment (everyone seemed busy and running behind almost 30 minutes). But the cleaning was still absolutely expertly done, painless, thorough, and the doctor exam and follow-up was detailed and instructive. Just waiting on the follow-up prescription now.
I was early to my appointment and they were still ready for me to go back early with no waiting. I'm also referring a family member to start seeing Dr K since all of my experiences here have been so positive.
This was my first visit, and I was impressed with everything, from Dr. K's clear communication of my situation and what could be done about it, to administrative arrangements, and a very helpful educational video. This practices deploys office, educational and dental technology very effectively to assure a smooth experience and effective treatment, making sure that it is being used appropriately and beneficially, rather than throwing it at the client and leaving her to make sense of it.
There's one thing that's important to me, esp., an expererience with someone in your MOUTH! The staff treat you as an individual and all are very personable as well as professional. They review their cases thoroughly to try and provide the best care for the "GRILL" !! 👍🏾
Not only is Dr. Karimyan (Dr. K) a wonderful dentist; the whole staff is kind, efficient and knowledgeable regarding not only dental issues, but billing and insurance as well. I feel that my teeth are finally getting the care they need and i'm fully confident that with all their up-to-date equipment and facility I'm getting the best care possible.
Having just moved from Ohio and an excellent dentist for 15 years, finding a new dentist was a worry but my husband and I both feel we have found an excellent dentist in Dr. K. Dr. K and her entire staff are friendly, professional and thorough. I was impressed when Dr. K recognized the excellent work of our previous dentist. If she knows excellent work when she sees it, I anticipate we will experience excellent work from her. We look forward to going back and trust in her ability to keep our teeth healthy and strong.
The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all very patient and great with my children! They took their time, explained what they were doing and used tricks. So my 3 year old son was happy and took his first dental check-up as an adventure. :) I definitely recommend this office.
My 8-year-old daughter had her first visit to this office for a cleaning. She was nervous to change to a new dentist from her familiar childhood dental office. She had a remarkably good experience here: the staff were gentle, kind and courteous. We will be back!
