HORRIBLE RUN, RUN, RUN. I was sent to this rehabilitation center to see a Pain Specialist Dr. Henry Levenson. My primary physician KNOWING how badly I hurt my back which I fight DDD and spinal stenosis, realized that prendinson wouldn't be enough and I would need a epidural to relieve the nerves that are highly inflamed. Fast forward to my provider denying said request and I fought it, however when my Provider told me what Dr. Levenson's office needed to do which was quite simple, they sat on this for over a week.
