I've seen Dr. Pai for a couple of years now. He is professional, courteous, and thorough with his work. I highly recommend him. I've also received excellent customer service from his office staff.
I think that Dr. Pai very possibly saved my life. About 10 years ago, he found a melanoma on me. That's a skin cancer that, if allowed to develop, can be fatal. I hadn't been able to see it because it was on the back of my knee. Fortunately, it was in the very beginning stages. His removal was 100% successful, and I needed no further treatment. Dr. Pai is an excellent doctor. Knowledgeable, conscientious and caring. His staff however ruins the experience. They are consistently unhelpful and rude. Sorry to say, but I’ll find a new dermatologist for the future.
