Am a patient less than a week out of surgery with an unbearable, horrible, acute rash. Practice wouldn't even give me an appointment until October (more than 1.5 months away). Terrible!

He ensures your concerns and needs are met and answers all your questions. He NEVER makes you feel rushed or gives the impression that his time is more valuable than yours.

It is impossible to communicate with this business. No email address on website or correspondence. Phone is not answered during long lunch. Can't leave a message. Must write them a letter. Being dunned for an insurance error even though I explained it to them by phone & was assured by my insurance that it was taken care of. Unfair collection practice for debt known to be disputed.

Rude! Ignorant! Worst office I've ever been too! Went to this office the "office manager" who came in to give me pricing without even explaining procedures or treatment. On my first visit they set me up for a acid peel on my face. The assistant put the acid on my face and disappeared. After some time I felt a burning on my face and started yelling “hello, hello I dont feel COMFORTABLE I dont feel COMFORT here.” The office manager finally responded but it was too late. They have zero respect for other peoples time. I have been a patient for a while. When I can get an appt (2-3 months to get one) it is at cancelled at the last moment. The receptionist is rude and in general very grumpy every time I call. Once I was referred to Dr Pai in this office for a Cherry angiomas (surface blood blister) I told him what I thought it was and a friend had it removed with a laser w great success. Dr Gabriel Pai really takes his time to educate his patients about their skin conditions. I went to him after seeing two other dermatologists, neither of whom took time to explain proper skin care. Dr Pai has great communication skills and genuinely wants his patients to look (and subsequently feel) better! Thank you for making my skin look great again!
