I have seen several people here. This is effectively a 15-minute visit physician mill venue for X-rays, reassurance, reflexive referrals to PT and shots. There is not much thought put into anything. Not an ounce of patient education verbalized, There is a pretty predictable protocol here. PA’s do most of the history gathering/interacting. Aaron Gipson MD. Cool dude. Explained the structure of the knee, short term options and likely long term options in about 10 minutes. He didn't rush. He was just concise and clear and apparently knew what i needed to know. I would recommend him to a friend.
I highly recommend Pasadena Orthopedics. I've had chronic back, neck and feet pain for over 30+ years. I'm so glad my wife found them. I have met with Drs. Ameri, Shirazi and Rezvani. Very impressed with all of them. They are excellent doctors and very good at what they do. They listen intently and explain the situation and possible treatment options very clearly and not rushed.
Great doctor and great care. I was misdiagnosed with my back pain by a previous ortho who wanted to do surgery on my spine. Dr Ameri and Dr. Rezvani found my problem (Facet joint syndrome) and got me the procedures to eliminate my pain of five years (tears). Six stars ******
I have seen various doctors including Dr.Billings and Dr.Shiraz. Excellent doctors but their billing policy and billing dept . Is less than adequate. They Are under contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield yet require a deposit of $500 - $390 ( it was a different amount depending on who you spoke with) to put in the order for orthotics even though under their contract orthotics are covered fully every two years.
