This place is a joke!! Never again! First and last time I am coming here! They are rude as hell especially the receptionist with the crazy looking "WING" eyeliner.. She said she was charging my card $20 and charged $25 because of no show.. So do you consider a no show as them sending you home because they can't see you!! ��
Waited in the lobby for 40mins. I’ve been a patient for over 15yrs and never have I been disappointed in Dr Ocons staff . If I was the office manager I’d clean house
The staff are ridiculous. Always on phones. Dr Delgado listens to you but she turned me down while i was 20 weeks pregnsnt due to calling all the time. Which I never called all the time only when i was bleeding at 16 weeks pregnsnt for a whole week. The wait time is horrible. Sometimes i wish i should of stick to Dr ocon. But when i do i d out about womens hospital Dr Tsai and the staff and womens hospital is 100 percent more better than this office akd tue hospital. I will never recommend anyome here. Estoy muy agradecida con el servicio integral que la clínica me ofreció durante toda mi gestación. Todos muy profesionales desde las recepcionistas, enfermeras hasta los doctores. Especial reconocimiento para la Dra Yaqui Delgado, de la cual recibí una magnífica atención y la profesionalidad que la caracteriza. Everyone there is truly amazing! I was never met with anything but kindness and compassion from everyone there. I was under the care of Dr. Ocon and he and nurse Skelton were phenomenal! Couldn't have asked for a better experience for my pregnancy.
Dr. Delgado is very helpful and informal I would recommend her to anyone she has been my doctor for both of my children I love her ���
