I recently had a very disappointing experience with Pasadena Kitchens. I scheduled one of their technicians to come by a clients property to inspect the downdraft vent for the kitchen range. After coming by to inspect the vent, I was expecting a follow up call to let me know what the assessment was and what part(s) needed to be replaced and/or if the entire unit needed to be replaced. I went to Pasadena Kitchens following a lackluster experience at a popular appliance showroom. Samantha was an ace from the get go. She looked at my spreadsheet, was able to give personal and customer feedback on all the models and brands I had listed. She ran through them all looking for lowest available prices, additional rebates, and suggested adding a piece to unlock another $1100 in rebates. SERVICE SUCKS On August 6, 2025, I received a quote from Pasadena Kitchen by Sara for dryer repair. I made a work order on August 7 and confirmed it on August 8 for the repair to be performed August 13 between 11am to 1pm by Samantha, However, on August 13, the technician did not show up, and the technician said he would come the next morning.
