Couldn’t be more disappointed in my Mothers Day flowers.. these look like a $12 bunch I could get at Ralph’s and wilted.
This company highjacked an order that was meant to be placed at another florist. They sent pathetic, half-dead flowers that were worth about $5.00. (order placed was $100.00). They should be ashamed of themselves.
This was a Mother’s Day gift from my son. I couldn’t dare tell him how disappointed I was! I was disappointed by the quality of the flowers it looked they just threw the flowers in a vase with no regard for presentation nor cleaning of the stems to prevent the flowers from going bad. Several of the flowers looked spent and I doubt the star gazer will ever open. Not a good way to advertise your business.
Honestly, save your money! I ordered online and when delivered I received the smallest bouquet for $66! It looked nothing like the online pictures. I called to ask for more flowers and all they did was add filler flowers and it was still a very small bouquet. Customer service is horrible. Very rude and make excuses. Save your money go to downtown avoid this place!
Although we are greatful we were sent a gift of fresh flowers, these are not what I would expect from a professional flower shop. I am a floral designer and currently work in the industry. I would NEVER send this out of my shop! Roses are old and falling apart upon delivery, greenery in the water, and vase looks like an empty Starbucks jar. Sad that this is how our industry is represented. Do better...this is a very bad look on our profession.
