worst experience ever. Doctor has been charging outrageously high without any informed consent. We were there for regular eye check up. He charged my insurance company some medical code instead of regular eye check up. when called office, the office person denied to refund any money and didn't give any satisfactory explanation. I would suggest everyone scheduling an appointment with Dr. Segal Be very Careful. He will spend 2 minutes with you and ready to pay unexpected fees.
