I was in excruciating pain and needed emergency services. I am a dentist who works down the street, so I came in with my own radiograph. The endodontist spoke with me for less than 5 min, no testing was done to confirm which tooth needed a root canal or if it did actually need it. They also refused to open it and medicating it to get me out of pain. For the “consultation” they charged me $150, which they did not inform me of beforehand. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Save your money and dignity and Avoid this place at all costs!!!!! The office experience was beyond horrific. This dental practice is the most racist and despicable establishment. Dr Younas Safa and his staff are racist and racially profile their clientele. Excellent team, beautiful office, Dr. Younes Safa was great. Fast, gentle, and thorough - highly recommended.
I was referred here by my dentist for a second opinion. I already had x rays from my dentist and was told they would perform an evaluation. I made my way to this facility and they took an x ray again. I asked why they need an x ray again and they said I could have chewed on something hard and it’s just procedure and that it’s 100% covered. I didn’t bother as I didn’t pay for it.
