Incompetent, rude, dismissive staff, won't own up when they make a mistake - I recently had a horrible experience here. I went to Dr. Joseph Kim about 8 or 9 years ago for my last root canal, and one a few years before that. I moved to the west side, but chose to come over there and get it done. A few weeks back I called because my general said I needed a root canal. I immediately wanted Dr. Kim to do it, no question. He was quick and efficient the last time I was there.
