PCM does not provide consistent support to the Board of Directors and only does what is convenient, not what is in the best interest of the building or what is actually requested half the time. The bookkeeping records are not maintained accurately and communication is poor all around. I honestly don't know how this company has managed to stay in business. Avoid at all costs.

I live in a community where every other unit is renter-occupied, and I am the only owner-occupied resident. Because of this, I am the only person consistently reporting issues to Pasadena Condominium Management. Instead of addressing documented problems, PCM dismisses them outright simply because there is “only one complaint.” PCM equates volume with validity, which makes them completely ineffective at managing a property responsibly.
I DO NOT recommend them. This company lies when people's health are in jeordy, are unresponsive to owners emails, ignore basic maintenance to the complex devaluing the property value for future sale, and have questionable financial practices. There have been a total of 4 units with mold that I am aware of, mine included. The owner of my unit was on the ball and took action.
