I DO NOT recommend them. This company lies when people's health are in jeordy, are unresponsive to owners emails, ignore basic maintenance to the complex devaluing the property value for future sale, and have questionable financial practices. There have been a total of 4 units with mold that I am aware of, mine included. The owner of my unit was on the ball and took action. Criminals! In bed with Cardinal Management. I have reported this to BBB. My mail was vandalized by property manager J. Underwood, Cardinal Management. PCM, Liz N, will not release security tape. Liz & Josh have cyber bullied us, as well. Property Management MAFIA!
