I came in for a screening to see if I qualified for a clinical trial. The people who work there were friendly however after the screening they gave me a pay card and told me that it would take 10 to 15 days to get paid. And the staff told me to register and activate the card as soon as possible however I wasn't able to because they did not put my information in the system and/ or it was done incorrectly.Just ridiculous
I had a great experience participating in a clinical trial. The staff was professional, kind, and explained every step clearly so I always knew what to expect. I’m glad I could contribute to research that could help others in the future, and I’d definitely consider participating again
Pasadena Clinical Trials was professional, caring, and organized from start to finish. The staff took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and explained everything clearly. The facility was very clean and welcoming, and I truly felt valued as a participant. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in joining a clinical study.
I had a wonderful experience here, the staff was kind and patient the environment was clean and organized. They answered all my questions and made sure i fully understood everything that was happening and always kept me updated! 10/10 would recommend for new people to join a study!
