I had a great experience participating in a clinical trial. The staff was professional, kind, and explained every step clearly so I always knew what to expect. I’m glad I could contribute to research that could help others in the future, and I’d definitely consider participating again

The facility was very clean and welcoming, and I truly felt valued as a participant. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in joining a clinical study.
I had a wonderful experience here, the staff was kind and patient the environment was clean and organized. They answered all my questions and made sure i fully understood everything that was happening and always kept me updated! 10/10 would recommend for new people to join a study!
Ignorant/clueless telephone staff provided incorrect information regarding a trial I was interested in. Offered to text the information but never did. I had to call several times to speak with someone who actually knew anything. I scheduled a screening evaluation for the trial only to have them cancel on short notice saying the study was full. I am a medical professional and have done research and published papers. In my experience this organization is unprofessional and amateurish.
