The service is absolutely horrible. They are supposed to wipe the dash and never do. Last week I asked to wipe down the rails of my truck and and I was told "you're done". Staff standing around and would one swipe of a wet rag! I always say I'll never go back and this time I mean it!
Not sure who owns this place now but it has really gone down hill. They used to pay attention to detail but NOT ANY MORE!!!!
Took my car for a mini detail and there was still dirt/sticky substance in the cup holders, dirt on the dash and sticky juice my son had spilled still on my floor mats. There was also dirt on the back of my seat and on the floor all along the backseat. When asked to re-clean the center cinsole the gentleman told me “you got a mini detail.” I wasn’t aware that just because I got a mini detail that visible dirt and grime all over my car was acceptable. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place, ever.
absolutely not! way too expensive for what they do. I asked for the back of my SUV to be vacuumed, and it wasn't. really?
I went to Pasadena car wash expecting good service. I was horribly disappointed. not only did they leave the inside of the car unclean and the rims dirty. they attempted to clean my Dash and in the process the Hispanic girl ripped my cell phone holder off the dash breaking a $30 cell phone holder and they refuse to do anything about it. I have been going to the Pasadena Car wash for years but this last time I went they did a horrible job. I paid for the premium wash and they didn’t even wipe off my dash and inside they left trash in the cup holders. I feel like I did a good job prepping I took out everything but my kids car seats so it’s not like there was a lot of stuff in the way. I’m just disappointed because this place used to do a great job but I would most certainly not recommend it now!
do the job I paid them to do owner let's the Mexicans do whatever they want owner said I paid for the basic wash. I paid for the second most expensive he owner said he only cleans half of the wheels. owner said only vacuums the carpet not the edge wher the sand piles up never going back they suck. Go to pronto
Absolutely the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had , paid 45$ for a mini detail , still stuff in the carpet still have stuff on the dash , The wheels look like complete garbage the interior looks like they just wiped everything down with slick shine in my mats look like they never even been touched I figure when I paid $45 for a car wash my truck would come out halfway decent but this is like I took it to a run through car wash and then I was told I had to pay more if I wanted things done so I exam in the car thoroughly ... read more
I took my black Camaro to get washed today, after I got home, I noticed that my car was still very dirty all over. Not happy
