Sorry, but just an awful experience. They installed a simple $500 awning at the front door, the frame rusted-out within months, they admitted the frame was incorrectly treated and, only after months of promising to fix, they finally did with a little dye job. The rust returned quickly, and even with my five-year warranty, I've been waiting literally almost a year for them to fix or replace the frame.
