We had the pleasure of staying here for my birthday in early September. Jessica at the front desk made our stay truly memorable ! She was very attentive and very helpful to answering all our questions since it was our first time! We will definitely be back! Thank you for making my birthday a special and relaxing time!
The entire staff is exceptional! The food is amazing! Amenities are great, location is one of the best in HB for beach access & restaurants & shops.Rooms could be cleaner
Great location, nice staff, beautiful ballroom. Poor restaurant. Poor signage. Air conditioning issues in room and elevator. Put us in a handicapped room without informing us.

Da Hotel hat eine Top-Lage. 2 Min vom Strand, 5-10 Min vom Stadtzentrum. Der Pool liegt so, dass man direkt aufs Meer blicken kann. Zimmerausstattung ist top, Fitnesscenter ebenfalls. das Personal (Rezeption, Zimmermädchen, Pool-Damen) war sehr freundlich. Vor allem die Bedienung am Swimmingpool möchte ich hervorheben.
