I have lived at Pasafino since 2019. I plan to renew my lease again for another term. I love living here! I have had, and continue to have, a positive experience. I love the layout of my apartment, it is spacious and well designed. Nice, quiet community. Jodi and Kim are AMAZING! They are on top of things! I’ve lived at Pasa Fino Apartments for over a year, and it’s been an excellent experience. The floor plans are spacious and well-designed, and the rent is very reasonable for the value you get. What truly stands out is the management team—professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. I’ve lived at Pasafino for four years and have consistently had a positive experience. Jodi and Kimberly in the office are always friendly and helpful. Victor in maintenance is amazing!! Requests are handled quickly. The property is well-maintained, and is quiet and peaceful.
I had a very frustrating experience after moving out of this apartment. They charged me $110 from my deposit for window blinds, claiming they were broken, which is completely false. The blinds were in perfect condition when I left—there was no damage at all. When they asked for proof, I provided clear photos and videos showing the blinds were absolutely fine at the time of move-out. However, after I sent the evidence, they completely stopped responding.
