Our plumber was extremely professional, efficient and personable. He showed up on time. He completed the repair in a timely manner. I have used Parzival many times and will continue to hire them again.

We’ve been using Parzival Plumbing for many years now, and they never disappoint. We had a drainage problem in the kitchen. Mike was the plumber who came out and he was very professional, explained everything clearly without trying to upsell us on stuff we didn’t need. He camera'ed our drain, snaked it and found the issue. He fixed our drain so it works perfectly now. No surprises, no drama. These guys are the real deal—reliable, fair, and they get the job done right. Highly recommend!
It started out fine but went downhill from there. It was 2 parts the rough-in box and the trim. The box was ordered and after almost a month of waiting was told there was an issue with the trim part. Back and forth for a week or two and finally the issue was resolved and Mike came out and did a great job with the install
