Over 12 years dealing with thiém and it's gotten more and more horrible you can say it's the tenants who are making it that way, plus I see it ok let you child go run wild and lay because the in the complex but another hand the parents need watch there kids and the adults in there need to mind there manners and not a t stupidly and mess up the place , they do take there time fixing things which is not good they need have more motivation going on in the apartments if I need rate it I'll give it a 6
