I stopped into Parvilla several times before I actually purchased my first road bike. Not only did Sarah outfit me with a wonderful bike that fit my body, needs and finances, but she, Joey, Eric and Stu are so knowledgeable, approachable, and down to earth. These guys are the BEST! I was participating in a multi-day 150 mile ride when my tire completely blew out and was torn up. They saved the day and drove out to me about 30 miles away with tires and tubes in hand and got me set up and ready to ride again. Needless to say they go above and beyond! I will forever be a loyal customer!
