haven't been there too much but the first time I loved the service then one day I was just trying to figure things out with my Insurance and they All treated us with such a bad attitude.Here I am again for my almost 9 Year old fiscal.Let's see now
Very poor service! I Am very disappointed at the way she treated me today, it was not professional. You need to be human first! We waited a week for a sick appointment for our 2 yr old in which time our premie twins got sick too. We waited one hour for our appointment with 3 sick children under two. She didn’t want to even look at our twins and said we had to make them wait for another appointment. Premies can be put back in the NICU and time is of the essence. Where is your heart doctor!
