Drove an hour to get here. Salesman told me he would meet me at 1pm. He never showed up. Waited half an hour until General Manager sent someone to tell me they couldn’t help me. Terrible experience here. 2 thumbs down

I got service done here and then afterwards they call your cell phone once or twice a day but no one is on the other end. When you call back and ask them to stop calling you they say they will take your number out of the system but then they keep calling you every day. It’s been almost a month now and I get a call or two from them everyday with no one on the line when I pickup.
Brought my 2017 Silverado to diagnose what I found out later to be the most common issue with that model year. Sent me out with a clean bill of sale and my transmission blew 3 weeks later. They were no help when I called to explain and as it turns out the rep that helped me was fired and the manager quit. Terrible organization with a terrible product. My car is under 5 years old. Not to mention the first service they forgot to put in transmission fluid to boot. HORRIBLE SERVICE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought the car here and have it serviced here. Great people. Always a good experience
