Awful customer service. I had to reach out several times for help and she always seemed to be too busy. It ended up going elsewhere and had amazing service.
I popped in unannounced one day, while they were extremely busy. The woman working there was so accommodating and extremely helpful. I will return in the future and will make sure to schedule an appointment.

We called looking for information on a upcoming party but the person we spoke with was not friendly and was condescending It seemed like she was doing us a favor even though we were trying to give her business. A bad attitude on the phone so we went elsewhere.
I am not sure if this business is good or not but the one thing that I know for certain is that the person who answers the phones SHELLY is absoltuely the ruddest person I have ever spoken too. When I called it seemed she was angry just upon answering the phone, and then when I wanted to ask her a question she jumped down my throat and started yelling at me because she said she was rushing to an engagment.
