"The best party shop ever," said my nine-year-old daughter after leaving Party Warehouse in Silver Spring's Lyttonsville. Matching the area, it's inside an industrial building with a small parking lot out front. Walk inside and staff are super helpful. There are aisles and aisles of themed party supplies, party favors, candy, costumes, and balloons. We spent an hour inside looking at everything and left with a face painting kit, balloons, and a stuffed animal.

Such a great hidden gem in Silver Spring that I wasn’t even aware of! For any of your costume/party make up needs, look no further. The fact that they are a year-round store and not seasonal is the best. Not to mention a good rewards program. All of the staff are experts and go above and beyond with helping find what you need. As soon as I walked in, they made sure I knew exactly where the items I needed were located, gave me price, comparisons, and enhance my understanding of make up.
