They were so very nice and helpful. I called so many places. And no one gave the great customer service like this place! In the future I will only go to them for events! They were exceptional!!

I visited the store to pick up some last-minute items for a Father’s Day event. Upon arrival, I mentioned to a young woman—who appeared to be a recently promoted manager—that I was looking for serving platters and possibly other items, though I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed yet. She pointed me in the direction of the platters, but as I was thoughtfully assessing options for size, shape, and how everything would fit the venue setup, she repeatedly hovered nearby—not to offer assistance, but seemingly to watch me. The nicest employees! One of the employees helped me find a random must-have for a party while another one made my kid a balloon animal. My kids want to come here just to hang out and see Piper, the dog (who is safely kept in the employee’s office behind a gate for those who aren’t interested in saying hi to her)
