Very unprofessional – I rented some items from Party Time Rentals and made changes to my order to remove some items 12 days before my event. I called Party Time before I needed to make the change to my order and was told by Party Time that I had up to 7 days prior to my event to remove items from my order without incurring a penalty. Party Time charged me their "cancellation" fee even though I did not cancel my order. I removed items that I no longer wanted.
