As a face & body painter, I was understandably busy around Halloween. This year I was able to plan a neon/blacklight party with a Horseheads tavern owner and hit Party Time for accessories. They had tons of glow in the dark items, as well as black light lightbulbs, which helped as we practiced the painting on 3 of the staff I was transforming. I have had wonderful experiences at Part Time. They have a wide selection for every occasion, and I am especially impressed with their Chinese New Year section. As I run in and out of other stores, not finding exactly what I want, I can count on Party Time having my items. I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful.

Party Time staff, management and owners have always been friendly and helpful with our celebration planning needs. Most recently, they even sought out appropriate vendors and ordered items we made a special request for. Their balloon arrangements are always so individualized too! This is a great local business!
I wish there was more of a selection for baby birthdays and they could stock the shelves better other that that the Halloween decoration are pretty awsome!

Worst place I've ever been to. Halloween costumes were opened and missing pieces and they expected me to pay the full $60 for it! No one had mentioned I could try them on, so I bought a costume which did not fit and asked to return it within 10 minutes. APPARENTLY there is a bunch of stupid policies they failed to mention, such as you can't do returns after the 24th of October. Needless to say, they robbed me of $40 and I wouldn't have bought the darn thing if I knew this policy. The man was very rude and nasty, and tried to... read more
