I contacted Party Thyme based upon a referal. First, sent a message through website, received no response. Then spoke with Wade who kindly discussed menu, etc. Asked that I email with specifics, which went unresponded. Sent a follow up email, with no reponse. Finally called again and was somewhat rudely told they could not help. Very disppointed in the customer service, and will ask that the wedding planner that sent me their way stops referring.
I had Party Thyme cater our latest company event and all I heard from 130+ people on how great the food was! The catering team was on time and everything was professionally set up! I intend to call Wade and his crew anytime I need an event catered whether it is for a company function or a private party! Outstanding performance!!
