I would love to be able to change my review but here goes....I rented a lot of stuff for my wedding which included side walls for a tent. The night of my wedding they arrived at the venue and all sides were 2 ft too short on all sides. I've emailed them, called them, a friend called them and they refuse to refund me. I had to hire another company to get me the correct side walls ASAP. Which of course costs money. Brides I would suggest using another company for your rentals as this company doesn't stand behind their word!!

Unfortunately we did not install the tent for your event and were not informed that it was on leg extenders which raised the tent higher than the standard... but we understand that these are just details and you are unhappy with the service you received from us. L and L helped us create the perfect environment we were looking for on our wedding day! The ladies in the office were kind, helpful, and readily available to answer questions or make changes for me (a bride planning from a different state!). On the big day there was some confusions as the rentals for our 250-person event arrived on multiple trucks, but in the end every element got to where it needed to be! We used L and L for our small (50 guests) wedding on Sunday, May 1, 2016. We used eight foot tables and comfy chairs for brunch and their white benches for the ceremony. Unsure of the weather, we ordered a 20'x30' tent set up in our driveway, effectively extending our carport. Everything was set up a day early, which was fine with us. Excellent company! I cater with a major catering company in Wilmington so I get to see ALL the different planners and their visions. Every wedding I've seen ETC do has been phenomenal. They completely blow the competition out the water! Great job guys!!

I attended a wedding this past Sunday where we had to wait on them to set up. I personally will not use your services due to this experience. It was an already stressful experience that your company caused to be much worse. Nobody should have to worry on there wedding day.
I do NOT recommend this company for ANY event! My wedding was this past Sunday. I paid them $100's with the promise everything would be set up by 1pm. My ceremony was supposed to be at 2pm. ALL my quest stood back & watched this be set up. Delaying my ceremony by about 45 minutes!! I haven't even received an apology ...
