Very Bad customer service they have young uneducated people working at the facility I never in all my years heard you cannot speak to a owner are call them, email them because they can not give out that information ,the dumbest crap I ever heard.. to all my family and friends don't ever book an event at Social space it's not worth the headache😡
THE owner is using this pandemic as a way to rob their communitie thats how i feel they are unable to open their business do to the state closing they won't return any money and they was the ones to cancel on us the receptionist won't provide us with any management name email or telephone number. the venue is saying that their contract says no refund but from my understanding is they have no venu to provide then they are in breach of their own contract our was paid in full and now since we have to plan for a different type o... read more
Stop ripping people off and give them their money back when you cancel their event. We understand it is a pandemic however that does not mean you keep your customers money and not provide the service.

this is a very nice and clean venue and it is beautiful and one of the owners really takes the time to make sure your comfortable and having a nice time I was really impressed and definitely having my next event here I really recommend them thanks you'll are awesome
People friendly, great space good area the staff was very pleasant. It’s three or four spaces but staff came and introduced their selves loved it. Thank you guys
