Very unprofessional I placed and prepaid ($60) for a balloon order with a 3:00 PM pickup time. When I arrived, the store was closed. After calling, I was told someone would arrive in 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting until 4:00 PM while my balloons were made. I understand things happen, but there was no explanation or apology for the delay. Better communication and punctuality would greatly improve the customer experience.
