These people are a joke for sure,they hire their techs off Craigslist lol Be careful, techs know nothing and just break stuff. One guy engaged the backwash while pump was running lol Others don't even know how to backwash. And if something breaks on their time,watch out it will take forever to be made right.
Take no accountability for damages caused by thier employees to my home. I called Ryan and asked who will take responsibility and nothing. A complaint to the city has been filed and I hope they shut them down.
We are very happy with Party Pool Services! They are very responsive and friendly, and do great work! Our water was at the point where it was no longer excepting chemicals. We needed to empty and refill the pool as well as clean the filter cartridges. Brad came out to help with the process, and went above and beyond. He found that we needed to replace our cartridges, went and got the replacements for us and spent a good portion of the day prepping our pool and cleaning the filter and putting the cartridges back together. Party Pool Services are THE best, specifically, Brad. Since acquiring their services, our pool has never looked better! Brad is amazing and very patient and professional. I couldn’t be more pleased with his performance. Awesome company.
One word: IMPRESSIVE! After going through numerous pool guys I finally found Party Pools. I am seriously shocked at how well this company runs their business. I have never had a pool company care so much for their customer and they are SO thorough. Every time they service my property I get an email with pictures and exactly what they did. I highly recommend Party Pools- look no further, these are your guys!!!
