Wonderful to work with I've worked with The Party Place & Rental Center for years and I've NEVER had a bad experience. We rent risers and other needs for local parades and have always received great service.
very helpful I'd have to say this... I've found party place very helpful with my weddings arragements!! i suppose I was fortunate, but keep in mind that everyone has there bad days!!
Me so happy! I just called to see if they had or rented a few items.....they did not have what I needed....BUT.....Not only did they tell me where to get it....they gave me the phone number. Makes me want to call them back when I need other items!! Good Job!!
RUDE!!! I just got off the phone with an employee there by the name Phillis and she was extremely rude!! I called to ask about the price and sizes of tents. She immediately responded with a rude and unhelpful attitude. I will make sure to tell my friends and family not to use them ever!!
Worst Experience Ever They ruined my Aunt's 60th surprise birthday party. When we called to have them rectify the situation, they lied about everything just to get us not to cancel and then stopped returning our phone calls. They were near impossible to reach by telephone and avoided our calls and never called us back. We had to use different phone numbers to prevent being screened. We were not rude or mean even though we had full right to be. I recommend you use avoid them.
Not impressed1 I had 2 phone calls answered by a "half-dead sounding young female" employee that sounded like her "best and last boy-friend had just been run over". She seemed too tired to answer simple questions about stock, and directions. (I do not live close-by and it is a commute to the store.) I was pleasant at all times to her. Some employee customer-service training is sorely needed, or med's for depression and PMS. :)
TERRIBLE! BIG MISTAKE to come here. I gave them a sale totaling about $350 for various party rental items. When I called to make a small change to my order which would require me to reduce 1 table and 5 chairs (about a $15 difference), the owner Phyllis was extremely rude about it. THIS IS NOT A SMART WAY TO DO BUSINESS! Any intelligent small business owner would know that accommodating that customers small request would bring them further sales in the future. Not Rude at all I have rented party supplies from Party Place in SM many times before. I think you got who ever on a bad day. Thank you to Party Place for being accomadating with my rental needs. We LOVE helium balloonS!
Huge selection! This place is great for any event that you are planning. They have rentals for large parties and weddings. Some of the items they rent out are tents, helium tanks, candelabras, tableware, etc. They also have a huge selection of party supplies. When my little boy wanted a pirate party, they had everything I needed. They had pirate plates, napkins, cups, eye patches, pirate flags, gold coins, everyything!
