RecommendedA week out from our holiday party, we had a change in location and I had to come up with tables and chairs to rent. Party People - specifically Rose and Cathy - were AWESOME! It wasn't a huge order, but I was treated as if I was renting everything I would need for an extravagant wedding. I can't wait to rent from them for next year. And I'll be calling a lot earlier than a week out :)

Disappointing experience. Rental drop off for my wedding was promised at 2, did not show up until 5:30. 30 minutes after our rehearsal began. Multiple phone calls with excuses ranging from we will be there in 10 minutes(they weren’t) we are outside(nope) to stuck in traffic. Pickup was scheduled for Monday, at 5pm equipment still isn’t picked up. Upon calling was told they are stuck in traffic (AGAIN) and items will not be picked up until tomorrow.
They are amazing!! We use them for our event in Scottsdale for Operation Hero Project. They do amazing work. They show up on time (or early) and get to done. Thank you so much.
Party People was GREAT to work with! They beat out all of there competitors in customer service, price and flexibility for us when shopping for our wedding rentals! They even let us have everything a full day and a half prior for set up which was HUGE for me. Thank you for everything!
Party People Rentals is AMAZING and comes through with thee best service EVERY SINGLE TIME! They go way above and beyond to produce the most pristine and polished results. Anyone who is not working with Cathy DeBusk and her team is missing out!
