I really love this shop, the selection is phenomenal. The best part though... I took this balloon in on June 21 to fill it up. It's not August 15th and the balloon is still floating!!!! I can't believe it.
Miguel the manager was rude and showed no care. I have spent a lot of money at this place not only today but in years past and will no longer come back. Brought in a balloon that deflated in less than an hour, said “sorry gotta charge you…. It’s your balloon”. I told him I had to drive all the way back with a new balloon that I purchased and said still charging. Just the way he handled it and showed no care was terrible.
