Drove all the way from Harlingen to find out there's no one here. Says it's open till 10pm.... here on a Tuesday... total waste of time.
Horrible experience. My request was not responded to for a couple days in which information was provided. After the initial interaction there was zero response to emails and phone calls. Voicemail is full and now I’m left scrambling to find a company that actually responds to emails, 3 days before the birthday party. DON’T WASTE YOIR TIME.
