How do you just hang up when a customer is talking? I had a manicure day before yesterday. I asked for a nail repair of which I know it can be done because it was done before in that same shop. The tech said she didn’t know what I was talking about then she cut the bad part off. she is the professional so I felt she knew better than me. Today that same nail has split again. Will never come back to get any services there, very unpleasant, i called to ask if there was availability for no chip mani and pedi and they said to come in, when i get there they said they can’t do no chip on toes because it’s going to take too long and they had an hour and a half left before closing
Amy really took care of me! I got a mani pedi and she was so gentle and very quick! Super impressed!
