My husband and I love Tile Matters! Great selection of tiles and great customer service!
I met the owner never knew she owns it until the end of our conversation.She was very sweet personable and knowledgeable. No pushy sale.My clients loved her and I will always recommend her to all my Best OC Realty clients and everyone else.
Visited the new location on Saturday and love the studio atmosphere! They are now inside Old Town Flooring and the two stores compliment each other well. In addition to all the beautiful tile, you can now shop for hardwood, laminates, carpet and countertops! Love the selections and great individual help.
I went in today. Met the owner Cathleene Fought. I purchased some tile for a BBQ. She was very professional and polite. There was no "hard upsell". She answered all my questions. I will most definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

This store has the worst customer service I've ever seen. The owner Tom sets a poor example to his employees by how he treated me yesterday. 3 weeks ago I returned tile that I had forgotten about several months ago and was told I would be contacted for a refund. I was never called back despite Brandi(asst) saying she did which was not true. I take responsibilty for not returning the tile sooner but I brought it back in excellent condition and I was simply seeking my $20 security deposit refund back.
