Do not bother with this store. The staff is rude, there is no manager to speak of, and the staff in the store would not give me any contact information for anyone that could make a decision. I tried to make a return of an unopened item. No indication in the store or on the receipt that it couldn't be returned, but the person at the register flat out refused. The team came through for Baby Sister’s baby shower! We loved the balloon arch and appreciated their dedication to onsite adjustments to blend it seamlessly with our theme 10/10 would recommend!
Excellent customer service. Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful. She added ribbon to the balloons to match the color scheme, giving the set an extra flair. She tied the balloons low on the weight for easy driving and showed me how to re-tie the knots to adjust the height as desired. Finally she advised on the cold weather, letting me know that the balloons will shrink a bit in the cold but will expand again once inside.
