The team came through for Baby Sister’s baby shower! We loved the balloon arch and appreciated their dedication to onsite adjustments to blend it seamlessly with our theme 10/10 would recommend!
Excellent customer service. Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful. She added ribbon to the balloons to match the color scheme, giving the set an extra flair. She tied the balloons low on the weight for easy driving and showed me how to re-tie the knots to adjust the height as desired. Finally she advised on the cold weather, letting me know that the balloons will shrink a bit in the cold but will expand again once inside. I have been to Party Mania four times in the past month. Each time the staff (and in particular, Rina) was helpful and efficient. Some stores charge what seems like very high prices to fill balloons with helium (which is expensive), but this store is reasonable in the prices it charges. Altogether a very pleasant experience and helpful advice.
