My daughter and I went in today to get stuff for my grandsons birthday celebration at both school and with his friends. Wei greeted us upon entry. Was there to guide when we needed help. She was cheerful and kind. We spent $175 on a bunch of small items. I would absolutely go back and continue to support this business and Wei!!!!!!!
Great store and great selection! Extremely tentative employees! Wei was very helpful and diligent in pointing us in the right direction while getting some party supplies for my kiddos 7th birthday. This is a great little store with pretty much everything you could want for a party! I highly recommend!
I’ve worked with Ed at Party Mania for the past two years for our anniversary celebrations at Terra’s, and I’ve had such a great experience both times! He is incredibly responsive, quick, easy to work with, and really knows his products. I especially appreciate his recommendations and attention to detail. Party supply stores seem to be rapidly disappearing these days, so I was lucky to come across this one. Ed helped me find the perfect Frozen piñata for my daughter’s bday. The store is very well-stocked - if a little chaotically organized - and I thought the prices were reasonable. We will be back!
We had used Ed for our huge preschool graduation ceremony for the last few years, and considered ourselves a good customer. Last weekend we decided to end our partnership with them. The balloon arch was delivered and before we know it, the person who delivered it left. Approximately 5 minutes later the arch is down on the ground, broken, and we can see the inside of the arch is completely off the track.
