Had a really unpleasant experience here. The owner is rude and does not care about the customer. Highly recommend Chatham Balloons instead if you’re looking for professionalism and kindness.

I was recently looking for Christmas-themed balloons for my grandchildren. I went to the Party Line in Summit. It was my first time, and it didn't take long for me to realize this shop was a "gem". The owner is friendly, creative, and genuinely kind, and made it a point to ensure I was fully satisfied. The owner was so nice and extremely helpful! I came in same-day to get some balloons for my graduation party, and she helped me pick out four balloons that were perfect! The colors were customizable so I chose red for UMaryland. Waited thirty minutes and they were ready. The party was on Friday and they are still up days later.
